RENTAL POLICIES
What you need to know;

To rent a car with us, you must:
Be at least 21 years old for standard cars
Be at least 30 years old for luxury vehicles
Possess a valid national driver’s license held for at least 1 year.
Provide a copy of your ID/passport, DL upon booking or
Provide original copies of DL and ID/Passport upon vehicle collection.
Daily mileage is unlimited unless otherwise stated.
Some vehicles may come with mileage restrictions. Please check your rental agreement.
You fuel the car upon pick-up.
Return the car with the same level of fuel to avoid refueling charges.
Renters must return the vehicle on or before the agreed date and time.
A late fee of Ksh. 500 per hour applies if returned late without prior notice.
We grant hiring priority to clients who adhere to this rule when in cases of high vehicle demand.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles.
A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Our cars are for personal or business use only.
Off-road driving is not permitted unless the vehicle is a 4x4 and pre-approved.
