Picking Up Your Rental Car

At Paal Car Adventures, we aim to make your car rental experience smooth from the moment you collect your vehicle.

Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Pick-Up Location:

• You can collect your vehicle from our designated car yard location.




• Delivery to your preferred location may be available upon request (extra charges may apply).

✅ Pick-Up Time:

• It depends on your booking time but our regular pick-up hours are between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Early or late pick-up options may be arranged in advance.

✅ Requirements at Pick-Up:

• Original National ID or Passport

• Valid Driver’s License

• KRA pin (upon request)

• A printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation

• Security deposit (if applicable)

Dropping Off Your Rental Car

Please return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. Here's how:

✅ Drop-Off Location:

• You may return the car to our main yard or the pre-agreed location.

• For returns to a different location, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

✅ Drop-Off Time:

• Standard drop-off hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

✅ Checklist Before Drop-Off:

• Refuel the vehicle to the level it was at during pick-up

• Ensure the car is clean (reasonable wear is okay)

• Remove all personal belongings

• Hand over keys and sign the return form
