• What documents do i need to hire a car?

1. a valid national or international driver's license.
2. a national ID/passport.

• Can I hire a car for a few hours only?

Unfortunately No. Our standard minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day).

•  Is fuel included in the car hire price?

No, fuel is not included. Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level, and you are expected to return it with the same level.

• Can I pick up the car in one location and return it in another?

Yes, but additional charges may apply depending on the location and distance.

• What happens if I return the car late?

        Late returns incur additional charges calculated hourly. It's best to notify us in advance if you foresee delays.

•  Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles come with comprehensive insurance. However, damages due to negligence are charged separately.

• Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.

• Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals or leasing?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for long-term leasing or repeat clients. Contact us directly to learn more.

• What happens in case of an accident.

In case of an accident with any of our vehicles, you(as the person who rented the car) will incur the damages to the car.
